Submitted images (updated 08/03/2022)

Each image is clipped differently to achieve the same aspect ratio, so please click on individual images to view their full form. You can use the watermark at the bottom-right corner of each image when voting.

The competition

ICCP 2022 is hosting a photography competition. This is your chance to dust off that DSLR or mirrorless camera lying around your lab or office (or use your camera phone), and flex your artistic muscle to snap some beautiful photos during the conference.

Theme

The theme of the competition is ICCP 2022. The goal is to generate a nice gallery of pictures of the conference, capturing moments and experiences from the various perspectives of its attendees (that’s you!).

Selection process

We will be periodically uploading submitted photos on this page until the submission deadline on Tuesday, August 2nd, 23:59 PT. Then on Wednesday morning, all registered attendees will receive a voting link to select the Best Photo of ICCP 2022.

Prizes

The winner of the best photo will receive the following prizes:

  • Fame: the bragging rights of being the best photographer out of the best computational photographers in 2022.
  • Fortune: a cool photography-oriented gadget.

How to participate

All registered attendees (including free registrations) can enter the competition using the following instructions:

  • Number of entries: Each participant can submit only up to three photos. You do not need to submit all your photos at once.
  • Submission: You can submit your photos using this Dropbox link.
  • File naming: You should name your submitted files using the last name you used to register (all lower-case, with spaces and any special characters replaced with underscores), followed by the photograph number. For example, if you are submitting two photos and the name on your registration is Henri Cartier-Bresson, then the file names should be cartier_bresson_1.jpg, and cartier_bresson_2.jpg.
  • Formatting: You should submitted images such that the largest dimension is no larger than 1024px.
  • Submission deadline: You can submit photos until Tuesday, August 2nd, 23:59 PT.
