Important notes
For papers accepted to ICCP 2022, at least one author per paper must purchase registration below. Please see the conference website at https://iccp2022.iccp-conference.org/ for additional details.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination will be required when picking up the registration badges at the conference. Additionally, all attendees will be required to wear masks (N95, KN95, surgical) while indoors.
Early registration ends on July 15th, 23:59 PT. Additionally, to attend the August 2nd reception, you must register by July 26th, 23:59 PT.
Refund policy
All refund requests must be made before July 31, 2022, 23:59 PT. No refunds will be made after that time. Refunds will be subject to a $20 processing fee. Please send refund requests via email to iccp2022finance@gmail.com.
Travel grants
Thanks to support from the National Science Foundation, we are able to provide ten travel grants for students (undergraduate, Master’s, doctoral) enrolled in US-based universities. Eligible students can apply here for a travel grant (free registration, up to $1000 expenses) until July 10th, 23:59 PT.
We will prioritize applicants from groups that are underrepresented in the ICCP community, as well as applicants that will not be able to attend ICCP 2022 without a grant.
Virtual attendance
If you cannot attend ICCP 2022 in person, then you do not need to purchase a paid registration. Virtual participation will be free. We will provide more details on virtual modalities (which will include at least live streaming of all presentations at the ICCP YouTube channel) closer to the conference date.
